What changed in this guide

This is a change log for the guide itself. It records when each fact was checked, what was removed and why, and what we chose not to publish.

Change log

What changed, and when we last checked

This is a record of edits to this guide, not a feed of ACBuy company news. ACBuy publishes its own notices on its home page, and those belong to the operator rather than to us.

  1. First publication of this guide

    2026-08-03

Every fact on the site was checked against ACBuy's own pages on this date: the beginner guide, the fee policy, the storage policy and the shipping restrictions page. The three calculators were built from published structural rules only, with no freight rates baked in.

  2. Removed the replica framing inherited from the old site

    2026-08-03

The guide describes marketplace shopping, agent services and their limits. Product appearance and a catalogue entry do not prove authenticity.

  3. Recorded what we deliberately do not publish

    2026-08-03

ACBuy's compensation standard for AC Care and Free Care Service is published as an image table that we could not read reliably. Rather than paraphrase it, this guide points at the official page and quotes no payout figures. The same applies to the worked freight example on the restrictions page, which uses illustrative rates rather than live pricing.

How long each fact is trusted

Numbers age at different speeds. Fee lines change more often than structural limits, so they are rechecked more often. When a check happens, this page gets a new entry.

Found something wrong

If a number here no longer matches ACBuy's own page, the official page is right and this one is stale. Send the URL and what it says now to [email protected] and it will be corrected with a dated entry above.

Corrections are logged rather than quietly edited, because a guide that changes silently is impossible to trust twice.

Campaigns

Official announcements, and what is running right now

ACBuy keeps campaigns and service notices on one page, reached from Events in its top navigation. Coupons, seasonal discounts and changes to how a service works surface there first, which makes it the page to check before timing an order around a sale.

Read on 9 October 2026, that page is empty. It renders its heading and then the line No further data available. There is no campaign to wait for, no code to apply and nothing about to expire. This guide prints that rather than leaving the section out, because finding nothing is a different statement from not having looked.

None of which replaces checking on the day you order. A campaign that opens tomorrow will be on the official page and will not be on this one.

Community feedback: what is verified here

11 October 2026: no independently verified, dated community parcel case has been added to this edition. Check a report’s purchase date, destination, route and final outcome before treating it as evidence for a new order. The official Events screenshot above records the 9 October observation; it is not a claim that no offer exists today.
