What is an ACBuy Spreadsheet?

A Spreadsheet is a category-based guide to product listings. Browse an item, open its original seller page and confirm the size, variant and price before taking its link to ACBuy.

What is ACBuy?

ACBuy buys on your behalf, receives the goods at its warehouse, provides inspection records and lets you arrange international shipping. The product payment and parcel payment happen at different stages.

  • The nine steps

Five steps get the item into the warehouse. Four more get the parcel to your door. ACBuy publishes a status name for each stage, so you can always tell where you are.

  • What it costs

Product price, domestic shipping, then international freight with a customs clearance fee and a warehouse handling fee on top. Regular platforms carry no agent commission.

Why choose ACBuy?

Its buying and forwarding workflow can suit an overseas shopper who needs a local buyer and wants to combine several sellers’ items. Check product support, payment availability, destination routes and return conditions before paying.

The warehouse stage gives you time to compare the received item with your order. Ask for a missing photo or measurement before sending it internationally; basic QC is not authentication.

Quick answers

Does ACBuy charge a commission on Taobao orders?

ACBuy's fee page states there is no service fee for orders from regular shopping platforms beyond the product price and domestic shipping. Special platforms such as Xianyu, Douyin and Xiaohongshu carry a 10 CNY per item service fee. Checked 2026-08-03.

How long will ACBuy hold my items?

Check the deadline in your warehouse account before storing items for another order. Our storage tool can help plan dates, but the current account rules take priority.

Is this an official ACBuy site?

No. This is an independent guide. Links to acbuy.com carry our referral code, which does not change what you pay.
