One desk, and what it is responsible for
ACBuy Spreadsheet is an independent English guide to ordering from Chinese marketplaces through the ACBuy shopping agent. It is written and maintained by the editors of this site, who also keep the category listings it links out to. One desk answers for both, which is why a wrong figure here can be corrected in a day rather than argued about.
We are not ACBuy. We do not take orders, hold parcels, handle payments or have access to your account. If something is wrong with an order, ACBuy support is the only party that can fix it, and the help page explains how to reach them.
How this site is funded
Links to acbuy.com on this site carry our referral code. If you create an account through one of them, ACBuy may pay us a referral reward. It does not change what you pay and it does not change what this guide says.
The practical test of that claim is on the comparison section, which lists the cases where you should use a different agent, and on the updates page, which records what we removed and what we refuse to publish. A guide that only ever says yes is an advert.
How the facts here were gathered
Everything factual on this site came from ACBuy's own public pages on 2026-08-03, read directly rather than summarised from other guides. Where the operator publishes a number, we quote it with its source and the date we read it. Where the operator publishes something we could not read reliably, we say so and link out instead.
Screenshots on this site are ACBuy's own interface images from its beginner guide. Any amount visible inside a screenshot is the operator's example value, not a price we are quoting, and every caption says so.
The three calculators use published structural rules only: the 10 CNY per item special platform fee, the 10 to 30 CNY clearance fee, the 8 CNY handling fee, the 90, 28 and 180 day storage ladder, and the 70 cm packing rule. None of them contains a freight rate, because freight rates are exactly the thing that goes stale.
